How to do the easiest things easily?

Believe it or not, these things look to be very simple and easy. But then, while trying it yourself you realize how difficult they actually are.

Let’s take some real examples:

  1. Speaking in front of a crowd: If you want to be successful in any field then you have to be a good public orator. The reason we get so nervous while imagining ourselves on stage is that we fear what would be the consequences of a bad performance. Overcoming fear of public speaking is quite a complex task.

Remember, everyone who speaks comfortably on stage, would have screwed up many times before. But they took it in their stride and moved on.

So now the question is how to speak comfortably?

One simple tip: Fake it until you make it.

Yes, it’s true.

Pretend to be confident, superior like you are the king of the world. Be a liar to your own mind and see the sudden change in the tone of your voice. You get comfortable and confident while speaking.

Try it next time it will really work.

  1. Wake up early in the morning: It might be easy for you to sleep at 2 am but it is impossible to wake up early in the morning. This is because our body works on a biological clock. Suppose you normally wake up at 8’O clock in the morning then the next day also you will wake up roughly around the same time if slept at the routine time.

Due to this biological clock, our body resists changes when we try to wake up early. To overcome this problem there are 2 full proof solutions:

  • Wake up half an hour before today’s wake up time: Just be a 100 percent committed to yourself that anyhow you will wake up at 7:30 in the morning (i.e if you normally wake up at 8 am). After some days trying to wake up at 7 am. Then try waking up at 6 am. Eventually, your body will get habituated and you will start waking up early.

Remember it will take just take 21 days to make a habit. So, challenge yourself and have the willpower just for 21 days.


  • Instruct your subconscious mind to wake you up: You know our body has its own biological clock and it works accordingly. So rather than putting an Alarm on mobile, if you instruct your subconscious mind to wake you up at a particular hour, there is a very good chance that happens! these much hours it will surely wake you up. You will get the fresh feeling as you woke up naturally. Also, since you’ve woken up naturally, you will end up feeling refreshed too.

First, understand why so much pain in waking up early. Ever thought about it?

The reason is our mind works as a computer, it reboots itself in sleeping hours. So, when the Alarm rings, if reboot process not finished yet then our mind refuses to wake up. This reboot time is different for everyone. In fact, it’s your routine sleeping time. Seriously, I am not kidding.

Now how to instruct subconscious mind?

When you go to sleep, after some time while you get a little dizzy, instruct your mind to wake you up at a particular time and to wake you up after these many hours. Repeat it at least 3 times, then your mind will do the reboot process within this time frame.

and you’ll wake up naturally. Hurray!
